Teleos is pleased to announce the appointment of Sara Rodriguez as President.

Sara joined Teleos in 2021 and most recently served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing global supply chain, customer service, and logistics. In that role, she focused on driving operational excellence and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Sara brings 20 years of experience in the agriculture industry, with a career spanning commercial and operational roles across several leading agricultural organizations. Before joining Teleos, she held positions with Deere & Co., Dow AgroSciences, and Corteva Agriscience, giving her broad experience and perspective across the agricultural value chain.

As President, Sara will lead Teleos’ strategic direction and execution, with a continued focus on strengthening the business, delivering value to customers, and positioning the organization for long-term growth.

Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and is a graduate of the MS-MBA in Food & Agribusiness Management program through Purdue University and Indiana University, where she was a member of the 2011–2013 cohort.

Sara is based in Lafayette, Indiana, where she lives with her husband and their four children.
